Review: Buried Memories by Carol J. Post

buried-memoriesBuried Memories kept me guessing all the way through! It was such a great suspense story! I stayed up late reading because I just had to find out how things ended and how everything was connected.

The author did a good job of creating a very tense situation for the main character, Nicki. Things were constantly going wrong for her in so many ways in this novel. However, at the same time, she had found an old friend who was proving to be quite the protector. But he had his own problems that were haunting him.

I really liked Nicki and Tyler. They were both characters who had been through so much. Their backstories were very interesting, yet painful to learn about. It made me want everything to work out for them even more, knowing what they both had dealt with in their lives.

Buried Memories had everything I was looking for in a romantic suspense. There was plenty of danger, hidden secrets from the past, and complex characters who had great romantic chemistry between them.
