Review: Lone Witness by Rachel Dylan

Lone WitnessI think this is my favorite book by this author yet! Lone Witness allowed me to peek into what it is really like to be a lawyer, albeit with some extraordinary circumstances thrown in! From digging through documentation to being in a courtroom setting, from witness prep to dealing with ruthless clients, this book had it all.

I really liked these main characters and the complicated emotional journey they were on. Not only did Sophie and Cooper have to work to stay alive when Sophie ended up targeted, but they also had some intense feelings growing for each other at the same time.

This story was very interesting, had a great romantic thread, and kept me eagerly turning pages till the very end.
