Review: The Rescue by Tanya Eavenson

The RescueThe Rescue was a great introduction to what looks to be a compelling series. I so enjoyed this heartfelt story! Rosalind and Trent were such likable characters and my heart ached for the pain that Rosalind was suffering, both emotional and physical.

The Rescue was aptly titled! I loved the way Trent rescued Rosalind and it was interesting to watch as it took Rosalind quite a long time to realize that God was rescuing her all along, as well, even when she didn’t realize it.

There was so much heart to this story. I enjoyed all of it, but especially the part of the book that took place after Trent and Rosalind were married. There was a lot of growth and healing on Rosalind’s part that took place from that moment of the story onward. I’m looking forward to reading more books in this series.
