Review: Longing for Ever After by Debra Clopton

Longing for Ever AfterA sweet addition to the Sunset Bay Romance series, Longing for Ever After gives Jonah a chance to find his own true love. And although this story is sweet, with humorous scenes featuring a precocious five year old girl, the story itself delves into the necessity of healing from some very serious hurts.

If you haven’t read the other books in the series, I believe that you could hop in and still enjoy this book. I liked seeing Jonah and Summer fall for each other and work through the issues that came up. I wasn’t quite as connected to these two main characters as I have been for the other couples in previous books of the series, yet it was still fun to see them get their happily ever after and to catch up with the various siblings and their significant others from previous stories.
