Review: Ribbons & Bows

by Heather Hart, Jen Gentry, Samantha Fury, Boma Somiari, Sherry Chamblee, Carolyn Martin, Valerie Riese, Gina Holder, Lynn Mosher, Tearra Rhodes, & Precarious Yates

Ribbons and BowsI have mixed emotions about this collection. What I enjoyed about this collection was that there were many different types of things to read in it. The devotionals were good and to the point. I liked many of the novellas, as well. There were a couple of novellas/short stories that honestly left me confused and feeling as if I had dropped into some story that was ongoing or didn’t resolve an issue. That left me feeling unsure as I moved on to the next work. The flash fiction really wasn’t my thing, either. However, there are some who will probably really enjoy those quick snippets. This is, overall, this collection has a bit of something for everyone, both fiction and devotional.
