Review: Fugitive Trail by Elizabeth Goddard

Fugitive TrailFugitive Trail was an action packed adventure with a truly creepy bad guy who just wouldn’t quit! I kept wondering how this villain was surviving in the cold and always capable of getting away from the authorities. All questions were satisfyingly answered by the end of this novel.

I enjoyed seeing Sierra and Bryce’s relationship begin to rebuild as Bryce worked to protect Sierra. It was clear that they still had feelings for each other, yet Sierra had allowed fear to control her life for too long. She anxiously worried about anyone she cared about, including her SAR dog, Samson, and was unwilling to open her heart to Bryce again. I understood why she was so fearful, yet it sure did take awhile for her to push past that fear and learn to live and love again.
