Review: Tracking a Killer by Elizabeth Goddard

Tracking a Killer was a compelling story that I could hardly set down! Almost from the very beginning there was danger lurking in the wilderness of the park. Knowing that there was a serial killer most likely on the loose in Yellowstone and that he seemed determined to abduct Harlow added amazing tension to the story.

Another source of amazing tension was of the romantic variety! Harlow and Wes had a backstory together that consisted of a relationship gone wrong. I liked that the two of them attempted to push past their discomfort in order to work together. They did a good job of being professional, even though Wes found it more and more difficult to stop his feelings for Harlow as he tried to stop the killer from getting his hands on her.

I wish the book had an epilogue, as it ended too abruptly for me. However, I was still satisfied with the happily ever after for the characters. This book is part of a continuity series by various authors and although I have not read any of the other stories, I was able to enjoy this novel on its own.
