Her Favorite Wyoming Sheriff had so many fun moments in it. How could it not with Adele being hauled off to jail right at the beginning of the story?
I loved seeing things from both Grady and Adele’s perspectives. And while this novel had its share of lighthearted moments, there were so many moments of real depth and emotion where the reader learns about the romantic pasts for both of these characters. They both have heartbreak in their recent history and I felt it in my own heart as I read about the way things were with Adele and her late husband. It was such a clear difference from the way Grady treated Adele and the twins and made me appreciate this man who felt like he was a failure at marriage and love.
This story definitely continues the ongoing trouble that the Blackwell family and Eagle Springs are dealing with. It will make much more sense if the previous books are read beforehand. I’m looking forward to reading the final book of the series.
