Lone Star Christmas Rescue was a fast-paced, exciting story! I really felt for these two main characters. Drake’s backstory held a lot of loss and heartache. He was a great leading man, both a protector and very caring. “Kay”, who did not know who she was for most of the book, was strong and also a protector of the baby found with her. I really enjoyed the way the author unfolded the mystery of “Kay’s” background and the trauma she had suffered, which caused the memory loss.
Lone Star Christmas Rescue, book two in the Lone Star Justice series, reads as a stand alone novel. I look forward to reading more in this series.
